Sam is a choreographer, performer and movement director working across dance, theatre and film. His work swings between tight choreography and theatrical surrealism. He’s into clowning, masks, awkwardness, precision, mess, and the strange overlap between sincerity and satire.

He trained at London Contemporary Dance School and has worked with Hofesh Shechter Company, Jasmin Vardimon, Gecko Theatre, Clod Ensemble, The Farm and the Royal Opera House. His screen work includes FKA Twigs, English National Ballet, Jon Hopkins, the Chemical Brothers, Uber and Universal Pictures.

He creates his own work too, which has toured internationally and cares a lot about holding space where people can take risks and stay weird. Sam is currently based between Australia and the UK.
